Job summary

Hussey & Co is a growing baby leaf salad farm based in Maffra, Victoria. We are seeking a hands-on Workshop Supervisor to support the Maintenance Manager and act as second-in-charge of the maintenance team.

The role will be based at our Maffra farm with occasional travel to other farm sites. You will oversee day-to-day workshop operations, lead the maintenance team, and ensure preventative maintenance for farm machinery and vehicles is carried out to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a mechanical or workshop management role.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to support/manage a team.
• Experience with agricultural machinery (highly desirable).
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel between farm sites when required.

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our team. This role will support the Maintenance Manager and act as second-in-charge of the maintenance team, ensuring all equipment and machinery are maintained to a high standard.

This role will be based at our Maffra farm but will require occasional travel between our other farm locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day workshop operations


• Assist in leading and coordinating the maintenance team

To be successful for this role you will have the following skills/experience:
