Job summary

Gforce Geelong is seeking an Afternoon shift production team leader for our structural steel and pressure vessel operations. You will oversee the delivery of products to major clients across Australia, manage workflow, and motivate your team for peak performance in a safe, collaborative environment.

The role requires a trade qualification, several years in a boiler workshop, knowledge of NDT techniques, and strong communication with budget awareness.

About the role:

Our client provides design and fabrication of structural steel, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, plate and piling steel products for major projects Australia wide. As the Afternoon shift production team leader, you will oversee the delivery of our products to our well known clients. You will manage workflow and motivate your team for maximum performance and efficiency while maintaining a positive work environment.

Duties and responsibilities

Skills and Experience

• A trade qualification
