You will coordinate workshop repairs, machine builds and refurbishment projects, working with technicians, suppliers and customers to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Workshop Coordinator, Service Coordinator, Planner, Scheduler, Service Advisor, or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and strong administrative capability.
• Experience within construction, heavy equipment, automotive, manufacturing, mining, or a related industry will be highly regarded.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workshop schedules, machine builds, and refurbishment projects
• Manage job progress, WIP, work orders, and invoicing activities
• Coordinate parts procurement and ensure materials are available before work commences
• Liaise with technicians, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor timelines, identify potential delays, and proactively resolve scheduling issues
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance records
• Support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives across the workshop
