Job summary
Tree Care Machinery Pty Ltd seeks a goal-oriented Plant Mechanic for our Blacktown NSW workshop. You will diagnose, service and repair hydraulic and electrical systems on light and heavy equipment, with focus on woodchippers and stump grinders.
A trade qualification and valid licence are required, with forklift licence and welding experience advantageous. You will join a team that values safety, reliability and high-quality service, offering a lifestyle-friendly Monday–Friday schedule and
Qualifications
- Trade qualified diesel fitter/plant mechanic or light vehicle mechanic
- Hydraulic & electrical knowledge advantageous
- Able to work unsupervised and self-motivated
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Current driver’s licence is required
- Welding experience advantageous but not essential
- Forklift licence advantageous
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service and repair hydraulic and electrical systems on light and/or heavy equipment, focusing on woodchippers and stump grinders
- Perform workshop-based maintenance and repairs at Blacktown NSW branch
- Provide premium levels of service and support to clients
