Job summary

Fulcrum Suspensions is expanding with opportunities at our Stafford branch and a forthcoming North Lakes location. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead workshop performance, job flow, quality control and technical problem solving.

This is a hands-on role, not a broad retail position, requiring a strong understanding of suspension, steering, 4WD and diagnostics. You will support the Store Manager, guide technicians and apprentices, manage workflow and ensure safety and

Qualifications

• Experienced mechanic, senior technician or workshop foreman
• Hands-on leadership and supervisory capability
• Understand suspension, steering, 4WD, towing, diagnostics and workflow productivity

Responsibilities

• Lead workshop performance and daily job flow
• Provide technical support to fitters, technicians and apprentices
• Oversee quality checks and ensure right-first-time workmanship
• Explain technical issues to customers with clear explanations
• Solve problems, perform diagnostics and implement practical solutions
• Support store results, productivity and customer satisfaction
