Job summary

Centurion is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our Helidon depot workshop operations. You will coordinate fleet maintenance, manage a team, and ensure safe, efficient outcomes for our transport operations.

Key duties include allocating and overseeing workshop jobs, prioritising repairs to minimise downtime, supervising staff, ensuring accurate job cards and OH&S compliance, and maintaining equipment and facility security. HR and forklift licences are preferred.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and workshop management skills.
• High attention to detail with compliance and paperwork.
• Good communication and organisation skills.
• Ability to read work orders and parts information.
• HR licence (essential).
• Forklift licence (preferred).
• Experience with Cummins Insite or Mack systems (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Allocate and oversee workshop jobs.
• Prioritise repairs to minimise fleet downtime.
• Supervise staff and ensure quality workmanship.
• Ensure accurate job cards and documentation.
• Maintain OH&S compliance and safe work practices.
• Monitor workshop condition, equipment, and security.
