Job summary

WorkPac is seeking a Workshop Labourer in Rockhampton to support the maintenance team and keep the workshop tidy. You’ll perform general housekeeping, wash parts, clean radiators, and assist with basic assembly tasks within a safe, organised environment.

The role offers a 9-day fortnight roster and a consistent 10-hour shift pattern, with a competitive rate of $37.50 per hour in a local workshop setting.

Responsibilities

• Performing general housekeeping duties throughout the workshop.
• Cleaning and maintaining amenities, gardens, and car park areas.
• Assisting with workshop maintenance and tidiness.
• Cleaning mechanical components and parts.
• Assisting with basic assembly tasks.
• Operating a gurney to wash parts and radiators.
• Cleaning radiator hoses and tubes.
• Following instructions from Leading Hands and Supervisors.
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment.

What You Will Be Doing
