Job summary

You will learn to inspect, test, and modify systems while building experience through hands-on training in a structured apprenticeship. Applicants should be committed to a lengthy on-the-job training path, possess good communication and team skills, and be capable of following

Qualifications

• Willing to undertake a 4-year apprenticeship with on-the-job and block theory training.
• Cert III in Elevating Work Platforms or Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist Workshop Technicians with evaluating machine performance and compliance.
• Support pre-delivery inspections, service, and repairs on elevating work platforms, telehandlers, and lighting towers.
• Assist with installing, testing, repairing, and modifying electronic and hydraulic equipment.
• Help conduct periodic inspections and routine maintenance per industry standards.
• Perform general trade assistant duties and supportive tasks as required.
