Job summary

WTW in Sydney is seeking a Workers' Compensation claims expert to join our Workplace Risk team. The role focuses on hands-on injury and claims management and providing workers’ compensation advice to support clients’ risk programs.

You will deliver Outsourced Return to Work and Injury Management, offer strategic advice on claims, collaborate with partners, analyze data trends, and contribute to consultancy projects.

Qualifications

• Experience working for a rehabilitation provider, employer or workers’ compensation agent/insurer.
• Exposure to National Workers’ Compensation arrangements.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to organise, prioritise, project manage and work well under pressure.
• A team player with credibility and trust.
• A qualification in Allied Health, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Outsourced Return to Work and Injury Management support services for a range of clients.
• Provide strategic advice on claims and injury management to clients.
• Engage strategic partners to deliver value to clients.
• Assist with data analysis on workers’ compensation injury and claim trends.
• Be an active member of the consultancy team and contribute to projects.
