Job summary

Marsh in Adelaide is seeking a talented claims professional to join our Workers Compensation self-insurance team. Based in Adelaide with a hybrid arrangement, you will guide claims end-to-end, supporting return-to-work outcomes and minimizing lost time.

You will collaborate with team leaders, RTW consultants and risk advisers, participate in tribunals, and contribute to innovative projects while complying with the Return-to-Work Act.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering claims services with a strong RTW focus.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to regional locations.
• Understanding of self-insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive claims liability review and advisory services.
• Engage early RTW services and interventions.
• Attend SA Employment Tribunal matters.
• Collaborate with RTW Consultants and risk advisers.
• Contribute to projects supporting claims and RTW.
• Comply with Return-to-Work Act and Injury Management Standards.
