Job summary

Central Queensland Exploration Pty Ltd in Emerald, QLD is seeking a motivated Driller to join our high-performance drilling team. This FIFO/DIDO role offers safety-first, team-oriented work across Central Queensland, with opportunities for genuine career progression and structured training.

You'll be part of a team delivering industry-leading results, with an even-time roster, flights, accommodation and meals provided, and a retention bonus after probation.

Qualifications

• Essential heavy vehicle license and well control certification.
• Certificate III in Drilling Operations is highly regarded.
• S11 and CBM qualifications are advantageous.
• Must be reliable, motivated and a team player.
• Able to work outdoors in various climates with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of a high-performing drilling team across diverse sites.
• Maintain safety, efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Adhere to work rosters and deliver outcomes on projects.
• Liaise with clients and team members to support operations.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and correctly.
