ASC Pty Ltd is seeking a Workforce Requirements Specialist to join its newly established Workforce Demand Planning team in Australia. The role focuses on shaping future workforce demand, translating data into actionable insights, and improving planning processes across large programs.
You will partner with internal and external stakeholders, develop workforce profiles, and support planning tools and reporting to enable informed decisions.
ASC is Australia’s submarine company. We're looking for a Workforce Requirements Specialist to join ASC's newly established Workforce Demand Planning team.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how the program understands and makes plans for future workforce requirements. You'll work at the intersection of workforce requirements for both the short and longer term, ASC’s corporate approach to building workforce capability, and helping management ensure future skills, capacity and resource requirements.
You enjoy partnering with a range of stakeholders from different environments to understand future workforce needs and translate them into practical workforce solutions. You'll bring
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
