HR Operations leads the governance and coordination of sworn workforce movements and selection systems, while enabling organisational capability through high‑level management of flexible work arrangements and employee transition frameworks.

The Workforce Operations Team Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of workforce support services across assigned portfolios, including Sworn Selections, Sworn Movements, Transfers, Policy and Flexible Work Arrangements. The role oversees day-to-day operations, manages team workflows and performance, and ensures services are delivered accurately, consistently and in accordance with organisational procedures and requirements. The position provides practical guidance and advice to staff and supports the effective administration of workforce processes.

Special Conditions

• The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.


• The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.


• Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.


• The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.

Salary

ASO5 - $92,122 - $102,456 per annum.
