Murray PHN is seeking a part-time Coordinator Workforce Development to join the high impact Workforce Capacity Building team across Bendigo and other regional sites. You will design, deliver and evaluate professional development programs, workshops and webinars that strengthen the primary healthcare workforce and improve community health outcomes.

In this role you will manage end-to-end delivery, engage with peak bodies and health services, and build partnerships to shape a responsive education

Formación

• Experience coordinating professional development activities, events or projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver engaging professional development programs, events and learning opportunities that strengthen the primary healthcare workforce across our region.
• Coordinate workforce development initiatives from concept to completion, including planning, promotion, delivery, evaluation and reporting.
• Identify emerging workforce needs and opportunities to shape a responsive calendar of education and development activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, industry leaders and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Build relationships with peak bodies, health services, medical colleges and partner organisations to coordinate collaboration.
• Host and support a diverse range of online and in person events, fostering connections across the primary healthcare sector.
