Sharp and Carter is seeking a People Data & Analytics Specialist to join a Melbourne team responsible for the end-to-end workforce data ecosystem, from source systems and integrations through to enterprise reporting and insights.

This role has a strong data engineering focus, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure workforce data is accurate, accessible and fit for purpose.

Qualifications

• Strong data engineering capability with a focus on reliability.
• Experience shaping workforce data ecosystems from source to reporting.
• Power BI reporting skills and familiarity with Workday are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and maintaining workforce data pipelines and integrations
• Managing and optimising datasets used across the business
• Developing and enhancing reporting solutions in Power BI
• Ensuring data quality, governance and reliability
• Supporting workforce analytics initiatives, including turnover reporting and insights
