Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking an experienced People Systems and HRIS professional to lead the HR systems landscape across Australia. You will own HRIS platforms, workforce technology, automation and AI-enabled tools to support the employee experience.

Reporting to People & Culture, you will govern data, privacy and security, manage vendor relationships and drive system implementations with strong governance and change management.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, IT or related field.
• Experience with HRIS, workforce technology or digital transformation.
• Experience managing and optimizing enterprise HRIS platforms (configuration, governance, vendor mgmt).
• Experience leading system implementations and transformation projects (stakeholder engagement, testing, change mgmt).
• Ability to identify, evaluate and implement technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong data governance, privacy and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise the People Systems landscape, ensuring platforms, processes and integrations support the organisation and its workforce.
• Drive continuous improvement of People and Culture systems through automation and workflow enhancements.
• Lead evaluation, implementation and enhancement of people technology solutions, including HRIS, AI-enabled tools and digital workforce platforms.
• Build and maintain a prioritised portfolio of people systems initiatives, balancing operational needs, business value and risk.
• Partner with ICT, Risk, Cyber Security and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
• Lead responsible adoption of AI and automation across People and Culture processes with governance and risk oversight.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks for People Systems, including data governance, privacy, security and compliance standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships, including performance monitoring and contract compliance.
