Job summary

Encore Global in Sydney is seeking a Workforce Coordinator to ensure efficient event delivery by accurately scheduling crew and managing labour resources. This casual role focuses on rostering to achieve labour efficiency and successful outcomes for hybrid and in-person events.

You will work with Timetarget/HumanForce, coordinate with venues, and support operations with strong communication and time-management skills to meet multiple deadlines and maintain cost control.

Responsibilities

• Roster casual and full-time crew to meet show delivery needs.
• Manage rostering and payroll systems (Timetarget / HumanForce) for casual and base staff.
• Plan rostering of full-time and casual crew to minimise payroll costs and ensure skills mix.
• Liaise with venues to arrange use of all crew as required.
• Respond to general phone inquiries to confirm staff shifts.

The Opportunity

As a Workforce Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in the efficient delivery of events. Your primary focus will be on accurately scheduling crew to achieve labor efficiency and successful event outcomes.

Please note, this is a casual position.

Core Responsibilities

• Roster casual and full-time crew to ensure show delivery needs are met
• Manage the rostering and payroll system (Timetarget / HumanForce) for casual and base staff to ensure all data is accurately captured and properly authorised
• Plan the rostering of full time and casual crew to ensure payroll costs are minimised and that the skills mix on each job is accurate and appropriate
• Liaise with venues to arrange utilisation of all crew as required
• Respond to general phone inquiries to confirm staff shifts, troubleshoot where required
