Job Description

What You Will Be Doing

The Workers\' Compensation Case Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of workers\' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework. This role involves coordinating medical care, facilitating return-to-work programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Case Manager will collaborate with medical providers, employees, and management to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
