Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is recruiting for an experienced Assistant Director - Workforce Data & HR Systems to drive a major workforce systems transformation. The role will oversee transitioning payroll data from Aurion to Workday, acting as the data steward to ensure governance, integrity and reporting modernisation within a Government environment.

Strong workforce analytics, data governance, ERP implementation experience, and stakeholder engagement are required to deliver HR system improvements

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting payroll and workforce system transitions.
• Strong exposure to Aurion and/or Workday platforms.
• Experience acting as a data steward or managing workforce data governance.
• Demonstrated capability in workforce data analysis, reporting, and data integrity management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of workforce and payroll data from Aurion to Workday.
• Act as workforce data steward, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and governance standards.
• Support the ERP Program rollout across HR functions and ongoing delivery.
