Job summary

Edison Talent seeks an experienced trainer to lead learning and enablement for a large-scale Workday implementation across multiple sites. This contract role reports to the Training Lead and runs through January 2027 with potential extension.

The successful candidate will design and deliver role-based training, develop training materials, coordinate LMS activities, and provide post-go-live support while evaluating learning outcomes and iterating content based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Workday certification or equivalent (Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG experience also acceptable).
• Understanding of adult learning principles and change adoption frameworks (ADKAR).
• Experience with LMS and training analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver role-based training across classrooms, virtual, on-the-job and eLearning.
• Develop training materials and job aids aligned with Workday functionality.
• Manage training coordination, LMS administration, and attendance tracking.
• Provide hypercare support and post-go-live learning resources.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and refine materials based on feedback.
