Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking an experienced Workday Technical Integration Lead to provide internal technical leadership for the company's Workday implementation. This role oversees the design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation of integrations between Workday and internal/external systems.

The position partners with IT, HR, payroll, benefits, finance, operations, and security to ensure secure, scalable integrations, proper controls, and clear ownership throughout the go-live and

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of enterprise integration experience.
• At least four years of direct Workday integration experience.
• Experience leading a Workday implementation lifecycle.
• Hands-on with Workday technologies: Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, REST/SOAP.
• Strong data mapping, transformation, encryption, and error handling.
• Ability to evaluate partner solutions and communicate with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of security, privacy, and least-privilege principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal technical delivery for Workday integrations and architecture.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and document inbound/outbound Workday integrations.
• Review integration designs for security, scalability, and Workday alignment.
• Coordinate with IT, HR, payroll, finance, and security.
• Develop technical design documents and runbooks.
• Maintain integration inventory and deployment schedule.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for integration issues.
