You will contribute to the design, configuration and delivery of Workday solutions, ensuring procurement processes are efficient, scalable and aligned with business requirements. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement across Melbourne, Canberra or Brisbane.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Workday Procurement and/or Financials modules.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and Procure to Pay processes.
• Hands-on Workday configuration, business processes, security and reporting.
• Current Workday Procure to Pay certification.
• Experience delivering full-cycle Workday implementations is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Workday integrations and cross-functional project delivery is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Procurement and Procure to Pay processes.
• Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Support solution design, testing, deployment and post-implementation activities.
• Coordinate integrations, data migration, reporting, security and change management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Identify process improvements and resolve complex functional issues.
• Ensure solution quality and alignment with Workday best practices.
