Job summary

Paxus is seeking an experienced Workday Data Consultant to support data conversion and migration across Workday HCM and Financials implementations. Hybrid work arrangement across Melbourne, Canberra or Brisbane supports flexibility for delivery timelines.

Mandatory: Australian Citizenship with current Baseline security clearance or ability to obtain one. You will lead data conversion activities, map and load data, and develop ETL scripts while coordinating with teams to manage risks and delivery

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Workday data migration experience.
• Experience migrating data from SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar systems.
• Knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT or XPath.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, SAS, Clover or Pentaho.
• Database experience and strong Excel skills.
• Experience supporting at least two full-cycle ERP implementations in a data conversion role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Current Workday HCM or Financials certification is highly regarded.
