Job summary

Cognizant Australia is seeking a Principal Consultant to bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems and guiding clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of Workday programs.

You will lead design sessions, configure processes, mentor consultants, and ensure smooth data migration across tenants, while coordinating with Engagement Managers to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of consulting experience.
• Workday Integration, Workday Studio™ and Workday CCTPPTM certification preferred.
• Project experience on ERP implementation projects using SOA tools.
• Proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML).
• Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS/Engineering preferred.

• Drives and organizes tasks within a project workstream to achieve goals.
• Guides clients through design sessions and configuration decisions per best practices.
