Cognizant is seeking a Workday Integrations, Senior Manager, Consulting Services in Sydney to lead a remote consulting team and partner with sales to drive proposals and SOWs. Qualifications

3-7 years Workday (or other ERP) Consulting implementation experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Proven experience leading a virtual team for 3+ years.
Sales engagement experience estimating and presenting to prospects.

Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment and development of a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting Workday applications.
Promote a team-oriented, challenging and innovative work environment.
Lead and manage Senior Managers and/or Managing Consultants to ensure consultants adhere to activities, processes and procedures.
Drive team and individuals to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
Establish credibility with clients and within the company; build consensus to achieve goals.
Build trust-based relationships and foster business development opportunities.
Mentor and coach team members; advise on skills and availability.
Direct the bi-annual performance review process and collect feedback.
