Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday HCM/Talent Architect to lead advisory work for HR and Finance leaders, shaping strategies and enabling cloud-based data reporting. You will oversee global Workday HCM implementations, mentor project teams, and drive cross-functional collaboration with finance, analytics, and HR stakeholders.

You will guide requirements gathering, design, testing, training, and deployment while maintaining strong client relationships and leveraging Accenture methodologies.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting or client-side experience in a Lead or similar role.
• Minimum 3 years of working HCM functional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Workday Implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements, design processes, prototyping, testing and training.
• Architect Workday HCM end-to-end to ensure cohesive work streams.
• Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
• Prepare statements of work and client proposals.
• Manage vendor relationships and project budgets.
• Lead client workshops and educate stakeholders.
• Provide escalation point for critical issues and decision support.
• Mentor and manage project staff performance.
