Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience.
• 4+ years of US and/or Global Financials Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams in identifying business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
• Formulate project planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
• Develop statements of work and client proposals.
• Develop and manage vendor relationships.
• Lead workshops for client education.
• Manage resources and budget on client projects.
• Provide SME to aid decision making on the functional solution.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate project staff.
• Gather and analyze business requirements with clients.
• Architect Workday Financials solutions for cohesive cross-functional impacts.
• Advise on industry standards and leading practices.
