Job summary

Tennis Australia is seeking a part-time Change Manager - People Systems Optimisation to lead and embed organisational change for a Workday transformation, optimise modules, and drive adoption across the HR function.

This 4-day-per-week, 12-month fixed-term role partners with L&D and Internal Communications to design learning and communications, tracks adoption, and builds capability while supporting staff through system updates.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering change within HR systems, ideally Workday or similar cloud-based HCM platforms.
• Experience supporting post-implementation optimisation, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Understanding of digital HR transformation trends and employee experience design.
• Demonstrated experience in a Change Manager role delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop change strategies aligned to the Workday transformation program, release cycles and roadmap.
• Conduct impact assessments for system and process changes across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead stakeholder engagement for Workday improvements and new functionality.
• Partner with L&D to design and deliver ongoing Workday learning.
• Track system adoption, usage metrics and user feedback, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications to design targeted communication strategies for system updates.
