Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials P2P/S2P Lead to partner with clients in delivering cloud-based HR and financial management solutions. You will lead workshops, gather requirements, and architect Workday P2P/S2P solutions across multiple streams to ensure cohesive delivery.

Travel may be required (0–100%), and the role demands strong business acumen, industry best practices, and the ability to mentor teams through complex transformations.

Qualificações

• Workday Financials Partner Certification required.
• Minimum 3 years consulting experience, in a Consultant or similar level role.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on Workday Financials P2P or S2P experience.
• Minimum 3 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Identify business requirements, design, prototyping, testing and training.
• Lead workshops for client education.
• Gather, understand and analyze business requirements with clients.
• Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday P2P/S2P solutions for cohesive cross-functional impact.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
