Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday EDM Forward Deployed Engineer (HCM Consultant) to act as a technical bridge inside customer environments, driving adoption and deep business integration of EDM from go-live onwards. You will align with Customer Success, Support, Onboarding, and Product to remove friction and enable self-sustaining usage.

You will manage EDM configuration, collaborate across multiple accounts, and guide clients from go live toward high maturity usage, reducing churn and delivering

Qualifications

• Certified in Workday HCM with hands-on deployment experience.
• Experience configuring live Workday environments in enterprise settings.
• Ability to work inside customer environments and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimise EDM & Workday configuration in live customer environments.
• Resolve configuration blockers and document solutions for repeatable use.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Onboarding to ensure smooth go-live transitions.
• Transfer knowledge to client teams through guides and templates.
• Monitor adoption metrics and provide technical health updates to CSMs.
