Job summary

Paxus is seeking an experienced Workday Data Consultant to support data conversion and migration across Workday HCM and Financials implementations. This contract role is hybrid with locations in Melbourne, Canberra or Brisbane; Australian citizenship with Baseline security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.

The role focuses on leading data conversion activities, mapping and transforming data, and developing ETL scripts to ensure smooth migration and data integrity across ERP

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Workday-related data migration experience.
• Experience migrating data from SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar systems.
• Knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT or XPath.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, SAS, Clover or Pentaho.
• Database experience and strong Excel skills.
• Experience supporting at least two full-cycle ERP implementations in a data conversion role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Current Workday HCM or Financials certification is highly regarded.
