Gage Roads Freo in Fremantle, WA, is seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to lead the pizza station in a high-volume kitchen by the Fremantle waterfront. You will hand-stretch dough, manage a wood-fired oven, oversee stock orders, and ensure cleanliness and compliance of your section.

You will mentor assistants and contribute to a strong team culture across kitchen and front-of-house, thriving under pressure with a team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience producing high-quality, hand-stretched pizzas at volume.
• Confidence on a wood-fired oven.
• Strong food hygiene and record-keeping standards.
• The ability to lead, train and develop those around you.
• Calm under pressure and a genuine team-first attitude.

Responsabilités

• Own the pizza section. Hand-stretching dough, managing a wood-fired oven, controlling stock and ordering, and keeping your section clean and compliant.
• Lead and mentor your assistants, contributing to a strong team culture across kitchen and FOH.
