Job summary

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years in wood machining, can read drawings, and prioritize safety and quality while working collaboratively in a team environment. Salary is indicative with superannuation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Wood Machinist or CNC Operator or similar.
• Experience reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking materials and manufacturing processes.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC woodworking machinery and related workshop equipment.
• Study drawings and work orders to determine specs.
• Set up machines and tooling for cutting, shaping, and sanding.
• Label finished items before removal and maintain clean workspace.
• Maintain machine and workshop safety, and follow WHS rules.
