Job summary

Criterion in Epping VIC is seeking a hands-on Joinery team member to operate tools and machinery for timber door production. You will follow drawings, set up equipment, and perform safety checks.

The role requires reading blueprints, working safely, and contributing to quality standards. Ideal candidates bring hands-on manufacturing experience, are comfortable with tools, physically fit, and can pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing or trades experience required.
• Ability to read measurements and blueprints is essential.
• Willing to work full-time in Epping (Mon–Fri).
• Pre-employment medical and police check required.
• CNC experience is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools and machines to manufacture timber doors.
• Read and follow part drawings, blueprints, and measurements.
• Set up and calibrate machinery to job requirements.
• Complete safety checks and machine inspections.
• Keep workspace clean and tools maintained.
• Follow quality control standards throughout the job.
• Take part in team meetings and training sessions.
• Help meet production targets and support your team.
