Job summary

OTR is seeking a dynamic Wok in a Box – Management leader to drive store performance. You will lead a team, recruit, train and coach while delivering great food and smiles.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure WHS compliance, maintain quality standards and coach staff to achieve sales targets. A passion for teamwork and learning, plus strong communication, will help you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
