Watts Water Technologies is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager based in Melbourne with responsibility for three sites (Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane). You will lead a 12‑person team, ensure inventory accuracy, safety, and process improvements, and travel as needed to support other sites.

The role emphasizes staff development, KPI achievement, and compliance with WHS standards. A strong background in warehouse operations and ERP systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive warehouse management experience.
• Computer literate with inventory planning and ERP systems.
• Material planning is a plus.
• Highly organized and process oriented.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to travel domestically as required.

Responsabilités

• Manage inventory levels and drive accuracy with cycle counts and variance control.
• Meet/exceed turn goals by balancing stock to meet demand.
• Maintain auditable documents (packing slips, pick lists, paperwork, safety audits).
• Control warehouse spend and cost targets using existing systems.
• Oversee materials transfer to other sites and vendor issue resolution.
• Lead demand planning with supply chain partners.
• Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff; mentor for future roles.
• Set schedules and assign responsibilities for packing, loading, dispatching.
