Job summary

Downer is seeking a motivated Deployment Engineer Wireless to join our Telecommunications team in Australia. You will deploy and integrate wireless infrastructure from feasibility through construction and commissioning, coordinating with designers, engineers and construction partners to ensure safety, quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires experience in telecoms/wireless projects, strong coordination skills and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

Experience in telecoms and wireless networks.
Ability to interpret engineering designs and support field delivery.
Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination.
Commitment to safety and compliance.
Qualifications in Telecommunications, Engineering or PM are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Coordinate construction and integration activities for wireless telecommunications projects.
Ensure designs are practical, constructible and compliant with client specifications and legislative requirements.
Act as the critical link between design and construction teams throughout project delivery.
Manage site access, permits, materials and field based construction activities.
Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
Supporting safe work practices and Downer's commitment to Zero Harm.
