Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Required).
• Minimum three (3) years' experience in construction, road maintenance, or related outdoor work.
• Valid Ontario DZ Driver's License and MTO Operator's Permit are required or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Perform shift supervisor duties during the winter maintenance season.
• Organize daily/weekly work with equipment, material and labor.
• Oversee work to ensure safety, value for money and contract compliance.
• Provide leadership and training to junior Ferrovial Services staff.
• Inspect contractor work and report performance to supervisor.
• Advise on traffic control at work sites.
