Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain roads and infrastructure assets, including bridges, signs, and drainage, per contract standards and supervisor directions. The role involves safe traffic control, working at heights, and basic electrical/mechanical tasks.

You will join a multinational team focused on safe, efficient infrastructure delivery and continuous improvement, with opportunities to develop skills using modern tools and practices.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• One year work experience in infrastructure, maintenance and repair preferred.
• Valid driver license required to operate company vehicle.
• CDL, DOT certifications, Electrical and Welding certifications highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair roads and infrastructure assets per contract standards and supervisor instructions.
• Set up and remove safe Maintenance of Traffic (M.O.T) control devices.
• Work at heights using bucket trucks, scaffolding, ladders, and aerial platforms.
• Repair bridges, signs, gates, and other structures; maintain drainage and mechanical systems.
• Operate vehicles and equipment to transport crew and gear to sites.
• Be available for emergency response rotations including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and contractual requirements.
