Job summary

Webber seeks a Seasonal Equipment Operator in Pembroke to support Infrastructure Management. The role involves maintaining contracted assets such as roadways, medians, signs, guardrails and bridges, with a pay range of CAD 26–29 per hour depending on experience.

The incumbent will operate equipment, perform routine maintenance, and assist with traffic control, emergency responses, and material transport as needed. A valid DZ/AZ license and willingness to work outdoors are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years related work experience in related construction, road maintenance, or equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Removal of snow and ice using snow removal and/or sanding equipment.
• Maintain and repair highway surfaces, signs, guardrails, fences, lighting, potholes, striping, reflectors, litter and debris.
• Operate vehicles and equipment for surface and right of way maintenance and repair, including slopes, berms, drains and vegetation control.
