Job summary

Vinarchy in Australia is seeking a casual cellar door host to educate visitors by sharing our brand story and portfolio through wine tastings and experiences, driving sales and wine club sign-ups. You’ll deliver wine and beverage service, support daily housekeeping and stock management, and contribute to a memorable guest experience with teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for wine.

Hours are set by business needs, with evenings and events included.

Qualifications

• Experience in wine-focused environment or hospitality settings.
• Sales experience with a track record of driving sign-ups.

Responsibilities

• Educate visitors about Vinarchy story and wine portfolio through tastings and experiences.
• Drive sales and Wine Club sign-ups to contribute to Brand Home KPIs.
• Capture customer data in line with data strategy and compliance.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and work in a team.
• Support daily housekeeping and stock management.
