You’ll build relationships with builders, contractors, developers and homeowners, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in building products or related industries.
• Strong commercial acumen and opportunity identification.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High-level organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT skills.
• Experience with Oracle and V6 quoting systems is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
• Grow market share and identify new business opportunities in the region.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, developers and homeowners.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and internal teams to deliver outcomes.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and business updates.
• Provide product advice and project support from enquiry to completion.
• Represent the G.James brand with professionalism and integrity.
