A hands-on Windows Administrator role focuses on Windows Server environments, VMware, and MECM within a highly secure, compliant setting.

Qualifications

• Proven capability with Active Directory, Group Policy, and MECM.
• Experience supporting VMware virtual infrastructure.
• Demonstrated Level 2/3 support experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to incident ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 incident response and troubleshooting for complex Windows infrastructure issues
• Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022)
• Manage VMware virtual infrastructure and physical platforms including HP OneView and GreenLake
• Develop, package, and deploy applications using MECM, managing the full SOE lifecycle
• Administer Active Directory and Group Policy in line with strict security and access controls
• Operate strictly within defined security frameworks to protect classified systems

The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Windows Administrators to support a large, secure national program operating in a mission‑critical environment. This is a hands‑on technical role focused on the administration, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Windows Server environments and associated infrastructure.

Working as part of a specialist technical team, you will be responsible for maintaining system stability, integrity, and availability across highly sensitive platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 incident response and troubleshooting for complex Windows infrastructure issues
• Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022)
• Manage VMware virtual infrastructure and physical platforms including HP OneView and GreenLake
• Develop, package, and deploy applications using MECM, managing the full SOE lifecycle
• Administer Active Directory and Group Policy in line with strict security and access controls
• Operate strictly within defined security frameworks to protect classified systems
