Job summary

Greenview Shading Australia Pty Ltd in Seven Hills NSW is seeking an energetic sales and estimating professional to manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and estimate blinds, curtains, shutters and other window furnishings. You will read plans and specs, liaise with builders and designers, and convert opportunities into orders.

You’ll combine technical know-how with a proactive sales mindset, build long-term relationships, and work closely with operations to hand over won projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in window furnishings or estimating and sales
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to read architectural plans and specifications
• Proactive in following up quotes and closing sales
• Good numeracy and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage new customer enquiries and sales opportunities
• Build relationships with customers and realize sales growth
• Review plans, drawings, specifications and tender documentation
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations
• Estimate blinds, curtains, shutters and other window furnishings
• Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into orders
• Understand customer requirements and recommend solutions
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and grow existing accounts
• Liaise with builders, designers, architects and commercial customers
• Negotiate pricing and coordinate with customers to secure projects
• Coordinate with operations and installation teams for smooth handover
• Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the sales process
