McManus Partners | Legal Search & Consult in Perth seeks an exceptional lead for its established Wills & Estates practice. You will assume day-to-day leadership, nurture longstanding client relationships and guide the practice's next phase of growth.

With 8+ years' PQE and deep expertise in wills, estate planning, probate and trusts, you will mentor junior lawyers, collaborate with senior leadership and shape succession, ownership and cross-referral opportunities across private clients, families

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' PQE with substantial wills and estates experience.
• Strong expertise in estate structures, testamentary trusts and probate.
• Proven ability to maintain longstanding private client, family and business relationships.
• Demonstrated mentorship and readiness to supervise and develop lawyers while taking ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day practice and oversee workflow within the wills & estates team.
• Mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic direction.
• Foster client stewardship and cross-referrals across related practice areas.
• Shape succession planning and growth strategy for the practice.
