ACAP University College, part of Navitas, is seeking a WIL Officer in Sydney (18 hours per week) to coordinate the end-to-end work integrated learning and transform stakeholder relationships into placement opportunities for students. Our WIL Officers coordinate the end-to-end work integrated learning (WIL)/placement process - but more than that, they're relationship-builders who know how to open doors. This role will support our newly developed Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood teaching. What do you need to be in our team? We're seeking someone with genuine business development instincts: a natural networker who can engage stakeholders internally and externally, build trust quickly, and convert those relationships into real placement opportunities for students. Alongside strong BD and stakeholder engagement skills, the role covers student preparation, placement allocation, registration, documentation, and ongoing communication with students and host organisations, plus accurate and confidential record-keeping to support audit, accreditation, and reporting requirements.
