Job summary

Seek is seeking a Senior WHS/WHSEQ Manager to lead and continuously improve the Integrated WHSEQ Management System across multiple sites in New South Wales. You will ensure compliance with WHS, Environmental and Quality obligations and manage ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a senior WHS/WHSEQ management role.
• Sound knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and ISO standards.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with safety reporting or management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Integrated WHSEQ Management System.
• Coordinate audits, inspections and management reviews.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Oversee workers compensation and Return to Work programs.
• Provide leadership and coaching to operational teams.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, clients and subcontractors.
• Develop and deliver HSE training and track competency.
