Job summary

Linktal Recruitment partners with a Tier 2 builder delivering a $100M luxury residential project in North Sydney. We seek a driven WHSE Advisor to drive safety compliance, embed a robust safety culture, and collaborate with site teams across multi-million-dollar builds.

You will report to a WHSE Manager, lead toolbox talks, coordinate training, and manage documentation to uphold best-practice WHS standards on site.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years' WHS experience within the construction industry.
• Experience on Class 2 residential projects is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of NSW WHS legislation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive WHSE compliance through site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Deliver toolbox talks, pre-starts, and site-based training.
• Manage WHS documentation including SWMS, inductions, and registers.
• Assist with incident investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintain emergency preparedness and site safety standards.
• Provide regular reporting on WHS performance to senior management.

We are partnering with a well-regarded multi-awards winning Tier 2 builder with a strong presence across Sydney's luxury residential market. They are actively seeking a driven and experienced WHSE Advisor to support delivery of their $100M luxury project based in North Sydney.

The Opportunity

This is a site-based role supporting a $100M high-end residential developments on the North Sydney. Reporting to an experienced WHSE Manager, you will play a key role in driving safety compliance, improving systems, and embedding a strong safety culture across projects.

You’ll be working closely with site teams to ensure best practice WHS standards are upheld while contributing to the successful delivery of multi-million-dollar builds.

About You

• ICAM certification advantageous
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence site teams
• Hands-on, proactive approach with a strong commitment to safety
