Qualifications

• The WHS and Wellbeing Coordinator oversees Work Health and Safety across the organisation.
• Role focuses on psychosocial risk management and wellbeing initiatives.
• Attends WHS committees and supports a culture of employee wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Manage Work Health and Safety concerns and ensure compliance with statutes.
• Embed sustainable WHS practices across facilities.
• Develop and oversee the Employee Wellbeing Plan with proactive initiatives.
• Attend and contribute to WHS Committees and related meetings.
