Job summary

Highland Recruitment is seeking an experienced WHS Business Partner to join a global organisation with a strong Australian presence. Based in Goulburn, the role combines strategic WHS leadership with hands-on support across NSW sites, including travel to Bowral and Goulburn.

You will strengthen safety culture, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement alongside site managers and operations teams. From day one you’ll advise leaders, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety initiatives,

Qualifications

• 3+ years' WHS experience across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and risk management.
• Experience with incident investigations, audits and safety training.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Practical, proactive approach; able to work with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide WHS advice, coaching and support to leaders and teams.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Develop and deliver WHS training and safety initiatives.
• Manage compliance, hazards, corrective actions and WHS systems.
• Analyse safety data and provide reports and recommendations to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and positive safety culture.
